Paranormal 101: What draws someone to investigate the unexplained, and what do they encounter along the way? Grant Evans, Co-Director of The Ontario Paranormal Society (TOPS), joins us at The Irish Harp alongside a fellow investigator for an evening exploring their work and the experiences that brought them into the paranormal field.
Through stories from past investigations, they’ll offer a closer look at the equipment they use, with examples on display, and share what they’ve captured along the way—from EVPs (electronic voice phenomena) to photographs and video footage. These materials will form part of a discussion about their findings and the experiences that have stayed with them.
The evening wraps up with an approximately 45-minute Q&A, where guests can ask questions and share unexplained experiences of their own. Whether you’re a believer, a skeptic, or simply curious, it’s a chance to hear directly from the people behind the investigations.

If you have to cancel your reservation, please let us know so we can open it to the next person on the waitlist.
Due to our limited capacity in our main dining/entertainment room – free or ticketed events may now include community seating going forward. Ex: a reservation of 2 may be seated with another reservation of 2 when all other small tables have already been reserved and tables of 4 are all that remain.
