Theatregoers at the Shaw Festival can delight in our new Holiday Bites menu, with merry twists inspired by A Christmas Carol and White Christmas. Running from November 1 to December 18, 2025, it's available 11am to 4pm, Monday through Thursday. Grab a quick festive bite before the show to spark the holiday spirit, or unwind with one afterward—no rush, no stress. Reservations are suggested to keep your day merry and smooth, pairing great theatre with easy, seasonal eats. It's a cheerful way to enhance your visit, blending stage magic with holiday flavours. Paddyman, real name Declan O'Sullivan, was born and raised in Co Kildare, Ireland, not far from Irish ballad legend Christy Moore. He started playing music in the pubs with his father aged 15. He says that it was there he learned the importance of building a repertoire of songs.
