About The Band
Hey there! I’m Sean Bienhaus, a Hamilton-based independent musician who’s all about creating honest, heartfelt music that tells real stories. My sound blends folk, pop, and rock, exploring themes of mental health, community, love, and resilience.
My musical journey started with high school rock bands, but the 2020 lockdown sparked a creative transformation. After releasing my debut album “You Won’t Ever Know” in 2021, I fell in love with music production. I dove into studying audio engineering and now not only create my own music but also collaborate with other artists.
Post-pandemic, I discovered my passion for live performances. In 2023, I became a full-time gigging musician, playing over 60 shows across Southern Ontario – from festivals and breweries to art galleries. My one-man acoustic act has been keeping me busy and inspired!
This past year has been exciting – I’ve released a new EP, two singles, and a live album recorded at Supercrawl. Right now, I’m working on my sophomore album, pushing my sound towards a more pop-rock direction. Stay tuned!

Fun Fact: I started producing my own music back in 2019, and discovered a deep love for it. Soon after, I decided that this was something worth putting time into, so I went to college to study and learned as much as I could on how to work in the world of recording and production.
