Fiddlin’ Around

A Fond Farewell to Fiddlin’ Around at The Irish Harp Pub
Last 3 Performances: Oct 26, Nov 30 & Dec 21
For over a decade, the lively tunes of Fiddlin’ Around have filled the cozy corners of The Irish Harp Pub, bringing joy, foot-tapping rhythms, and a whole lot of Celtic spirit to our stage. This beloved band, led by the exceptionally talented Natalie Walker and her husband Dave DiMarco, has been a cornerstone of our musical family, entertaining both locals and visitors with their infectious energy and masterful musicianship. As we raise a pint to celebrate their incredible journey, we also bid a bittersweet farewell as Fiddlin’ Around retires from their regular performances at our pub.
As Fiddlin’ Around steps away from our stage, we want to express our deepest gratitude for the music, laughter, and community they’ve fostered here. The Irish Harp Pub won’t be the same without their familiar tunes, but their legacy will live on in the hearts of everyone who’s clapped along to their sets. We wish Natalie, Both Daves, Lark, and Sam all the best in their next chapter, and we hope to see them back for a pint or a tune someday soon.
Sláinte to Fiddlin’ Around—thank you for a decade of music that made The Irish Harp Pub feel like home!
As Trevor used to say in Ireland, “”May the wind always be at your back and the road ahead be straight and narrow”.
About The Band
Natalie and Dave have been playing together for several years in different bands but Fiddlin’ Around has become their new passion. It’s hard to sit still when Fiddlin’ Around is playing! Recently Natalie’s mom Lark joined the band adding her rhythmic piano skills to create a beautiful sound.
Whether you enjoy traditional Irish tunes, East Coast favourites, or just fiddle tunes they play a variety of all for you to dance and sing along to. Catch them at the Irish Harp Pub monthly or at other shows!
Band Members

Natalie Walker – Violin & Vocals
Fun Fact: Natalie is an accomplished fiddle player who has traveled across North America playing her fiddle since she was only 4 years old! She draws much of her inspiration from the time she spent in Cape Breton and the many fiddle players she learned from out there!
Her repertoire includes a variety of fiddle styles including Celtic, Bluegrass, Swing, and much more. She was raised on country music – real country music – and spent many nights listening to her grandma sing Patsy Cline in the Rec Hall at Buck Lake Cottages.
More recently she traveled to Kentucky to play some good down-home country music with her many music friends in the south! Lately, Natalie has begun to play the mandolin and picks it up for the occasional song or two in their performances.

Dave DiMarco – Guitar & Vocals
Fun Fact: Dave has been playing guitar, drums, and bass since he can remember! He only more recently has found a love of Celtic music but by the way he plays, you might think he was born in Ireland!
His musical background is extensive as he is a proficient and talented drummer, bass, and guitar player, and can even be coerced into singing the occasional song. The rhythmic acoustic guitar he provides as backup makes it hard to believe there are only 2 people on stage!
