Reservation Policy Update

Thank you for your interest in dining with us at The Irish Harp Pub. Please read this page carefully as we've recently updated our reservation policy to ensure the best experience for all our guests.

Summer Season Policy (July 1 - September 6, 2024)

During this period, we will not be accepting any new lunch or dinner reservations for any party size, with the following exceptions:

      • Special Ticketed Events
      • Select Free Admission Events
      • Reservations already in our system will still be honored

Why The Change?

We value your dining experience and understand the importance of planning, especially for special occasions. Our updated policy allows us to:

  • Accommodate more guests efficiently during peak hours
  • Reduce wait times
  • Maximize our seating capacity, including our seasonal back patio

We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we strive to serve our wonderful community better.

Live Entertainment Seating

We are not accepting reservations for any Live Music performance unless otherwise stated in the specific event listing. 

Please note:

  • Seating on the band side during live entertainment is limited and in high demand
  • We cannot guarantee specific tables in the main dining room on band nights
  • For the best experience, we recommend arriving early for live music events
  • We have plenty of seating away from the music for anyone who would prefer a quieter dining experience

Music events not eligible for reservations include:

  • Monday Night Irish Music
  • Wednesday Night Unplugged Patio
  • Thursday - Sunday Regular Live Music

Music events that are eligible for reservations by email or contact form request only:

  • Weekly Jazz/Blues Nights (Sunday)
  • Tuesday Night Music Trivia

Special Event Reservations

For Special Ticketed Events and select Free Admission Special Events, we accept reservations on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note:

  • Tickets will be charged to the card on file upon booking.
  • 13% HST and a 20% auto-gratuity will be added to each booking.
  • Due to limited capacity, community seating may be implemented for special ticketed events
  • Regular live music performances are not considered special events and are on a walk-up basis only until September 6, 2024
  • We will still accept reservations for our Tuesday Night Music Trivia events free of charge

Cancellation Policy

We have a 7-day cancellation policy for our Special Ticketed Events. We will give a full refund for any cancellations made more than 7 days before the event start-time. For any cancellations made within 7 days, you may be charged up to 100% of the value of your reservation.

Large Party + Full Pub Buyouts

For large events such as weddings, corporate functions, or full pub buyouts:

  • Do not call the pub directly
  • Fill out the form below or email
  • Include your phone number for follow-up if needed
  • Expect a response within 24-48 hours via email (check your spam folder)
