Lunch + Dinner Reservations
Thank you for your interest in dining with us at The Irish Harp Pub.
We welcome reservations and walk-ins, offering both indoor and outdoor seating. If we reach capacity, we manage a waitlist for specific areas. Please be aware that during peak lunch, dinner, and live entertainment timeslots, requests for specific tables may take longer.
For parties of 8 or fewer, use our reservation widget below to quickly and easily book a table for dining or free events. Groups of 9+ or those interested in special ticketed events, please use the form at the bottom of the page.
Reservation Party Sizes
Please read this page carefully as we've recently updated our reservation policy to ensure the best experience for all our guests.
- For parties up to 8 people:
You can use our online booking widget below to quickly and easily make a reservation. If reservations are full for your selected timeslot, we will manage a waitlist at the door and accommodate your group on a first-come, first-served basis. For reservations of fewer than 9 people, it is best to book through the widget, as email responses may take up to 48 hours. Our reservation system fills up quickly, and you may miss your desired timeslot if you send requests via email. - For parties of 9 or more people:
You are considered a "Large Group" and can only request a reservation by filling out the form at the bottom of this page or by emailing us at info@theirishharppub.com at least 48 hours in advance. When sending in a request, please specify the date, time, and number of people in your group. Emails will be responded to within 48 hours.
For parties of 9 or more, a $10 per person preauthorization will be placed on your credit card at the time of booking. This amount will only be charged if your group does not show up for the reservation. If your party is not present at the scheduled time, we will make a courtesy call and hold your table for 15 minutes. After this grace period, if you have not arrived, the booking fee will be applied. The preauthorization will be released upon your arrival. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to welcoming you!
Reservation Time Slots + Limits
- Parties of 2 or fewer: 1.5 hours
- Parties of 3 to 4: 2 hours
- Parties of 5 to 8: 2.5 hours
- Parties of 9 to 12: 3 hours
Live Entertainment Seating
We are now accepting reservations for all Live Music performance timeslots.
Please note:
- Seating on the band side during live entertainment is limited and in high demand
- Reservation timeslots fill up quickly
- We cannot guarantee specific tables in the main dining room on band nights
- For the best experience, we recommend arriving early for live music events
- We have plenty of seating away from the music for anyone who would prefer a quieter dining experience
We recommend planning ahead and booking in advance to secure your reservation. You can book up to 2 months in advance. We look forward to serving you soon!
Special Event Reservations
For Special Ticketed Events and Free Admission Special Events, we accept reservations on a first-come, first-served basis.
For specialty events such as Music Trivia, please include the event name in the message section of your booking. On event nights, all main room reservations are designated for the event. If your booking is not labeled accordingly, it may be relocated to another area.

Please note:
- Tickets will be charged to the card on file upon confirmed booking.
- 13% HST and a 20% auto-gratuity will be added to each booking.
- Due to limited capacity, community seating may be implemented for special ticketed events
- Regular live music performances are not considered special events and can be reserved through our Online Booking Widget
Reservation Cancellation Policy
For Regular Dining and Free Admission Events, cancellations are quick and easy. All you have to do is let us know via email or phone as soon as you find out you can't make it so that we can open it back up to the public.
For same-day reservation cancellations, please call the restaurant directly so we can promptly update our availability. Email requests may take up to 48 hours for a response.
We have a 7-day cancellation policy for our Special Ticketed Events. We will give a full refund for any cancellations made more than 7 days before the event start-time. For any cancellations made within 7 days, you may be charged up to 100% of the value of your reservation.
Extra Large Party + Private Events
For large events such as weddings, corporate functions, or full pub buyouts:
- Do not call the pub directly
- Fill out the form below or email info@theirishharppub.com
- Include your phone number for follow-up if needed
- Expect a response within 24-48 hours via email (check your spam folder)
