The evening begins at 7:30 pm with McManus presenting three carefully selected stories, drawing from his extensive performance background and deep appreciation for Canadian narratives. After the readings, audiences will be treated to a rare musical interlude from 9:30 to 10:30 pm, where McManus will showcase his musical talents through a folk music performance, adding an unexpected and delightful dimension to the night.

With nearly 30 years of acting experience and a rich performance history including eleven seasons at The Shaw Festival and two seasons at Stratford, McManus brings authenticity and depth to every story he touches. This event promises to be an unforgettable journey through Canadian storytelling, blending literary exploration with musical expression.

Patrick McManus has called Niagara on the Lake home for the last 18 years. With nearly 30 years of acting experience, he has performed around Toronto and across the country, including eleven seasons at The Shaw Festival, two seasons at Stratford, and many lead roles in film and television.
