This series pays homage to the rich tradition of Canadian radio programming, featuring heartwarming tales of everyday life that have captured the imagination of listeners across the country. We’re excited to announce that our next two December readings will be holiday and Christmas-themed, adding a festive twist to our storytelling! With 11 seasons at the Stratford Festival and 3 seasons at the Shaw Festival, Shane Carty brings his extensive acting experience and TV personality to breathe life into these beloved tales. Performance & Narration By:
Shane Carty – Actor & TV Personality

Shane has spent eleven seasons at the Stratford Festival, As well as three seasons at the Shaw Festival. He has also worked extensively in television, including a recurring role on the CBC/Netflix series, Anne With An E. Shane is a graduate of Queen’s University and the Birmingham Conservatory for Classical Theatre Training at the Stratford Festival. He has also taught acting at Queen’s University and the University of Toronto.
