Lunch + Dinner Reservations

Thank you for your interest in dining with us at The Irish Harp Pub. We've updated our reservation policy for the Fall & Winter 2025/26 season to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

Fall & Winter Season Policy (September 1, 2025 - May 2026)

  • Online Reservations Available: We are accepting lunch and dinner reservations for parties of up to 8 people via our online booking widget, available daily from 11:00 AM to closing.
  • Large Groups (9+ People): For parties of 9 or more, please submit a reservation request at least 48 hours in advance by filling out the form at the bottom of our reservations page or emailing info@theirishharppub.com. Include the date, time, and number of people in your group. We will respond within 48 hours.
  • Limited Reservation Capacity: We reserve only a portion of our daily dining capacity for reservations to accommodate walk-in guests and maintain flexibility.
  • Walk-Ins Welcome: We warmly welcome walk-in guests for both indoor and outdoor seating. If we are at capacity, you can request placement on the waitlist for a specific area upon arrival.

Peak Times & Waitlists: During peak lunch, dinner, and live entertainment timeslots, we may reach capacity. Tables are always allocated for walk-in and waitlist guests, though requesting a specific area or table may result in longer wait times.

Why the Change?

Our updated policy is designed to:

  • Streamline the reservation process for small and large groups.
  • Ensure availability for walk-in guests, enhancing accessibility.
  • Balance seating capacity during high-demand periods, including live entertainment events.
  • Provide flexibility for guests to enjoy both indoor and outdoor dining options.

Reservation Party Sizes

Please read this page carefully as we've recently updated our reservation policy to ensure the best experience for all our guests.

  • For parties up to 8 people:

    Lunch & Dinner Reservations are available daily from open to close and can be made quickly and easily using the online booking widget above. If reservations are full for your selected timeslot, we will be managing a waitlist at the door and can accommodate your group on a first come first serve basis. For reservations less than 9 people it is best to book with the widget as email may take up to 48 hours before a response is sent out. Our reservation system fills up very fast and you may miss your time slot when sending in requests by email.

  • For parties of 9 or more people:
    You are considered a "Large Group" and can only request a reservation by filling out the form at the bottom of this page or by emailing us at info@theirishharppub.com at least 48 hours in advance. When sending in a request, please specify the date, time, and number of people in your group. Emails will be responded to within 48 hours.

For parties of 9 or more, a $10 per person pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card at the time of booking. This amount will only be charged if your group does not show up for the reservation. If your party is not present at the scheduled time, we will make a courtesy call and hold your table for 15 minutes. After this grace period, if you have not arrived, the booking fee will be applied. The preauthorization will be released upon your arrival. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to welcoming you!

*Note: Same Day reservations are accepted please book ahead to guarantee your reservation time - subject to availability.

Live Entertainment Seating

For Special Ticketed Events and select Free Admission Special Events, we accept reservations on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note:

  • Regular live music performances are not considered special events - you can use our online booking widget to reserve a table. These events include Open Mic Night, Blues and Jazz Series Events, select Charity Fundraisers, or regular weekday/weekend live music performances.

Special Event Reservations

For Special Ticketed Events and Free Admission Special Events, we accept reservations on a first-come, first-served basis.

For specialty events such as Music Trivia, please include the event name in the message section of your booking. On event nights, all main room reservations are designated for the event. If your booking is not labeled accordingly, it may be relocated to another area.

Please note:

  • Tickets will be charged to the card on file upon confirmed booking.
  • 13% HST and a 20% auto-gratuity will be added to each booking.
  • Due to limited capacity, community seating may be implemented for special ticketed events
  • Regular live music performances are not considered special events and can be reserved through our Online Booking Widget

Reservation Cancellation Policy

For Regular Dining and Free Admission Events, cancellations are quick and easy. All you have to do is let us know via email or phone as soon as you find out you can't make it so that we can open it back up to the public.

For same-day reservation cancellations, please call the restaurant directly so we can promptly update our availability. Email requests may take up to 48 hours for a response.

We have a 7-day cancellation policy for our Special Ticketed Events. We will give a full refund for any cancellations made more than 7 days before the event start-time. For any cancellations made within 7 days, you may be charged up to 100% of the value of your reservation.

Extra Large Party + Private Events

For large events such as weddings, corporate functions, or full pub buyouts:

  • Do not call the pub directly
  • Fill out the form below or email info@theirishharppub.com
  • Include your phone number for follow-up if needed
  • Expect a response within 24-48 hours via email (check your spam folder)

Large Party + Special TICKETED Event Reservation Request Form
