Payment + Refund Policy
When making a room reservation, your credit card will be charged upon booking. We will be happy to cancel and refund any room reservation up to 1 week before your scheduled arrival. However, any cancellations within 1 week of scheduled arrival will be charged in full. Guests must check-in before midnight on the day of their booking.
*NOTE: Due to our pop-up patio in the back parking area, we regretfully can not offer parking behind our pub for any room reservations until further notice. There is free street parking right beside the pub on Johnson and Platoff as well as down King Street and the side streets off King. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to see you soon.
